Ramsey Electives
Ramsey 8th Grade Art is a two-semester course that offers students a broad experience in design, art history, and various artistic mediums, while exploring art careers.
Health education at Ramsey Junior High teaches students to manage their health responsibly, make informed decisions, and develop skills for maintaining healthy relationships and resolving conflicts.
Physical Education courses provide students with a diverse range of activities to develop their skills, foster a lifelong appreciation for fitness, and promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
PLTW Gateway sparks students' curiosity through hands-on projects in coding, robotics, and other areas, fostering problem-solving skills and real-world connections.
Spanish I introduces students to the basics of the language, culture, and history of Spanish-speaking countries, focusing on practical communication skills, while Spanish II continues to develop language proficiency through advanced grammar, vocabulary, and cultural exploration.
Yearbook I introduces students to yearbook design basics, including copywriting and photography, and provides practical experience with desktop publishing to create professional-quality materials.
